ingredients

  • 4 slices dark rye bread
  • 150g - 170 g sliced Norwegian smoked salmon
  • 1 Castello® Chives & Spring Onion Cream Cheese Ring
  • 2 - 4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 4 - 6 slices of grapefruits
  • fresh chives to decorate

preparation

1. Toast the rye bread for some crunch.

2. Spread a generous amount of Castello Chives & Spring Onion Cream Cheese on each slice.

3. Add smoked salmon, radishes and grapefruit. Sprinkle with some chopped chives.
