Pastrami Crackers With Blue Cheese


  • 12 crackers
  • 1 radicchio
  • 1 Castello® Danablu (125 g)
  • 12 slices bresaola
  • 100-150 g red grapes, cut in half
  • Red fresh basil (can be replaced with basil)


1. Add a slice of bresaola and a radicchio leaf to the crackers.

2. Place about a teaspoon of Castello® Danablu on the crackers with a half red grape.

3. Finish with red basil leaves.
