1. Cut the fig bar lengthwise into three strips. If you are using fresh figs, slice them.
2. Arrange two sandwiches by layering Creamy Blue Cheese slices and the fig topping between the slic-es of bread.
3. Spread some butter on the outside of the bread slices before toasting.
4. Toast sandwiches one at a time for 3 minutes or until golden using a pan or sandwich toaster.
5. Toss the apples with ginger marmalade, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
6. Arrange the apple salad on plates with the toasted sandwiches.
