  • Castello® Danablu
  • Castello® Aged Havarti
  • Castello® Creamy White
  • 1 stick salami, sliced
  • 1 pack prosciutto
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 jar olive tapenade
  • 1 jar pepper jam
  • 1 jar marinated olives
  • 1 pack rustic breadstick crackers and almond thins


1. Place Cheeses on a board.

2. Slice the Havarti and Brie, and crumble the Traditional Danish Blue.

3. Add sliced salami, prosciutto and nuts.

4. Fill serving dishes with pepper jam, olive tapenade and marinated olives.

5. Garnish with fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme.

6. Serve with rustic breadstick crackers and almond thins.
