Castello Danish Blue Cheese
As the name suggests, Danish Blue (or Danablu) is a traditional Danish cheese type. It is so unique that it even has an official EU Protected Geographical Indication status. This means that only cheeses produced in Denmark in line with all specific production techniques can earn themselves a name of Danablu.

Castello Danish Blue is produced in Høgelund dairy, in the southeastern part of Denmark. Our cheese makers have followed the traditional techniques and further amplified the best qualities of this cheese. The result? A range full of intricate flavours and distinctly sharp notes.
