Garlic/Onionish Cheesy


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small red onion
  • 75 g Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
  • nasturtium leaves
  • chive blossoms
  • salt
  • pepper
