Avocado carpaccio with Extra Matured Cheddar

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small red onion
  • 75 g Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
  • nasturtium leaf
  • chive blossom
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the avocado into fine slices and place on a serving platter. Drizzle a bit of lemon juice and olive oil on to the avocados. Add thin slices of red onion and season with salt and pepper, nasturtium leaves, crumbles of Castello Tickler Extra Matured Cheddar and chive blossoms.
