Blue Cheese burger with onion marmelade

ingredients

  • 800 g minced beef
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp tabasco
  • Castello® Blue Cheese Slices
  • 4 burger buns
  • mayonnaise
  • onion marmelade (or chutney)

preparation

Add flavour to the minced meat with chopped parsley, dijon mustard and some tabasco sauce. Fry the burgers on a pan or grill and then place a blue cheese slice on top of each. Spread some mayonnaise on the the lower part of each burger bun before you place the meat on them. Top with some onion marmelade or chutney. Serve with fries and some salad if you like.
