500 g strawberries
Mint pesto
2 cups fresh fresh mint leaves
50 g almonds
4 tbsp raw cane sugar

a warm baguettes
Preparation
Mint pesto
Blend the mint, almonds and sugar finely.
Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Cut the Castello Extra Creamy Brie into small pieces.
Serving
Arrange the strawberries and cheese on a plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette.
