Chocolate, apricot and nut compote for cheese

ingredients

  • 25 g orange dark chocolate (cocoa content min. 55%)
  • 75 g roasted salted cashew nuts
  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • serve with Castello® Creamy Blue or Castello® marquis

preparation

Chop nuts, chocolate and apricots. Add honey and lime juice, stir and taste. Cut the cheese into slices and place on crackers or crisp bread.Add the compote on top.

Serve immediately.
