Avocado cream

  • 2 avocados
  • 100 ml creme fraiche
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp salt

Mango salsa

  • 1 mango
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 lime fruit
  • 1 handful fresh coriander

1. Combine avocado, crème fraiche, and garlic in a blender until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
