  • radicchio
  • 2 small or 1 large pears
  • 100 g Castello® Traditional Danish Blue
  • 75 g hazelnuts
  • balsamic glaze
  • fresh chervil
  • salt
  • pepper


Pick the radicchio apart, rinse and halve the largest leaves. Add to a plate. Top with pear slices, hazelnuts, crumbled Traditional Danish Blue, balsamic glace, fresh chervil.

Season with salt and pepper.
