Buttery Garlic/Onionish

ingredients

  • 2 white onions
  • 100 g butter, at room temperature
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives
  • salt

preparation

Chop the onions and mix all igredients together in a bowl. A good alternative to sauce is herb butter flavoured with red wine. Tastes amazing on grilled meat.
