ingredients

Spiced cornflakes

  • 200 g cornflakes
  • 4 green cardamom pods
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • plain 0.5% organic yoghurt
  • 1 red apple in cubes

preparation

Combine the corn flakes with the crushed cardamom and cinnamon.

Pour some natural yoghurt or Skyr in two bowls and sprinkle with the spiced cornflakes and apple. Serve immediately.

Tips & tricks

The spiced cornflakes can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container.
