Steak with Blue Cheese

  • 400 g steaks
  • 4 Castello® Blue Cheese Slices
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • water cress
  • red sorrel


Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Barbecue the steaks on high heat for approx. 5-6 minutes on each side. Once the steak is almost cooked to your liking, add 2 Castello Blue Cheese Slices to each steak. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-7 minutes, before cutting them into slices. Finish with fresh, mixed herbs.
