Bellini- 210 ml prosecco
- 6 tbsp. or 90 ml peaches puree
- 2 - 4 raspberries optional
- 1 Castello® Extra creamy brie
- 2 sun ripe peaches
- ¼ thinly sliced red onions
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinches sea salt
- 1 tsp of chilli flakes optional
preparation
Preparation BelliniPour the peach puree into 2 champagne glasses and carefully top with Prosecco.
Finally add Raspberries.
Extra Creamy Brie & Marinated PeachesFree Peaches from stone and slice and toss with rest of the ingredients.
