  • 300 g red cabbage
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • approximately 50 ml cider vinegar
  • 500 g minced beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 - 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 red pickled grilled peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 - 6 Castello® Blue Cheese Slices


Slice the red cabbage finely and put in a bowl with sugar and vinegar

Let it sit overnight

Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and form them into patties.

Cut all the vegetables, so they are ready for burgers.

Mix chilli sauce with the mayo and spread on the buns

Fry the steaks and add the Castello Blue Cheese Slices

Pour the vinegar from red cabbage
