Homemade crackers

Spice up your cheese with delicious homemade crackers!

  • 400 g of wheat flour
  • 2 dl water
  • pinches of salt
  • oil


All ingredients are kneaded well together (machine is recommended).

Gather the dough in a bowl and let it rise on the kitchen counter for 30-60 minutes.

Roll the dough out thinly and cut out some crackers (use cutters or a glas).

Brush each biscuit with Oil and bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on the crackers so they don’t turn dark)
