300 ml nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts
100 ml water
100 ml honey

Cook the nuts, apricots and honey in a saucepan over low heat until the honey turns a light golden-brown. Add the water and give it a good stir. Leave to cool before serving
