12 crackers
1 radicchio
12 slices bresaola
100-150 g red grape, cut in half
fresh fresh basil leaves
Preparation
Add a slice of bresaola and a radicchio leaf to the crackers.
Place about a teaspoon of Castello® Danish Blue on the crackers with half a piece of red grape.
Garnish with a basil leaf.
