- 50 ml water
- 6 pear
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- lemons
Preparation
PreparationPeel and core the pears, then cut them into smaller pieces. Put them in a pot with the water and boil for about 7-10 min. until slightly tender. Add the honey and fennel seeds. Continue to cook until you have the desired consistency. Add lemon to taste. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Pour into a jar or plastic container if it is to be served at a later time.
