Salted almonds

A tasty way of adding salt - our recipe for Salted almonds is great way to add elements of salt and exciting textures to your cheese board. Baking the almonds will enhance their nutty flavour, give them a crunchy bite and leave the salt to dry up on their surface. The salty almonds are perfect for soft cheese.

Nutty Salty


  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 200 g almonds


Dissolve the salt in the boiling water and add the almonds. Soak the almonds in the water for about 25 minutes. Pour off the water and distribute the almonds in a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Bake at 150° for about 20 minutes.
