
Waldorf Spoons With Mature Cheddar
Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks
- 125 g green grape
- 12 walnuts
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- Freshly ground pepper
- 125 g Castello® Tickler mature cheddar
Preparation
Clean the walnuts
Cut the celery into small slices, and cut the grapes into halves
Arrange the table spoons with first celery slices, a few half grapes, a walnut, some mayonnaise and freshly ground pepper
Lastly, grate the Castello® Tickler mature cheddar cheese on top of the spoons
