- 100 g gherkins
- 350 g Castello® Tickler mature cheddar diced
- 80 g pickled beetroot
- 50 g cleaned frisée lettuce salad
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- salt
- black pepper
- bread
- 4 tbsp coarse grain mustard
Preparation
PreparationPlace the cheese on a platter with gherkins, pickled beetroot and duck rilettes. Turn the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on the dish.
Serve with bread and mustard.
