5 tbsp passion fruit curd or fruit curd
ground chillies

Preparation

Piece out the croustades on a platter.

Fill the passionfruit curd into a piping bag and spray it into the croustades.

Cut the cheese into small pieces and add a piece on each croustades.

Sprinkle with ground chili and serve with a semi-sweet (demi-sec) champagne. [optional]
