Ingredients
- 2 firm pear
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 40 g almonds, blanched and peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- flake salt
Preparation
PreparationCut the pears into pieces. Melt the honey and butter in a pan until golden. Add the pears and rosemary. Cook into a compote over low heat. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Oven-roast the almonds in olive oil for approx. 15 min. Sprinkle with salt and let cool.
