Elderflower chia

Get a good start to your day with elderflower-marinated chia seeds and lovely strawberries and cucumbers for breakfast.

Elderflower chia

  • 2 tbsp concentrated elderflower cordial
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla powder
  • 125 g cucumbers in cubes
  • 125 g strawberries in cubes
  • 400 ml plain 0.5% organic yoghurt
  • 25 g almonds in chunks


Combine the juice, water and chia seeds and set aside for about 15 min.

Gently toss the cucumber and strawberries with the elderflower chia. Place the yoghurt in some bowls and top with the strawberries and cucumbers. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
